Becky joined the Baruch team in May 2016 at Stone Crest Assisted Living in Freeland, Michigan. Here she worked in many different roles, most recently working as a Resident Care Manager. She transitioned into the role of Administrator at Georgetown and Cambridge Manors in September 2022, now calling Grandville her home. Becky attended Wayne State University where she studied public health and political science. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Healthcare Administration at Central Michigan University. She also completed her Level 1 Administrator certification from Senior Living University in 2020. Becky aims to provide compassionate and quality care to seniors that meets each person's individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. She has a passion for end-of-life care and caring for those with Alzheimer's or dementia. In her free time, Becky enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.

Robin Rodgers, RN joined the Baruch team in 2021 and became the Associate Administrator in 2022. Prior to this, Robin had left her position working in a corporate environment to pursue a nursing degree. Robin's passion for nursing led her to oncology and then to hospice. She served as a hospice nurse for 12 years at many different facilities and homes throughout the west Michigan area, providing and coordinating compassionate end of life care to many residents and families. Robin spends her free time with her two daughters and six grandchildren.
